I pray to Thee to be with me,
you understand what I can’t see.
So tragic is the world gone by,
maybe it would be best to die.

The future holds the only key,
to the best possibility.
To quit before my time is done,
means to never see your son.

I’ll wait the longest days,
for Him to lead me from this daze.
Your love is more than I deserve,
but for you I will always serve.

The miracles of now and then,
and your laws from one to ten,
give me hope to live forever,
